Our team works across five, main operating divisions: Procurement, Construction, Building and Maintenance, Project Management and Property Development.
Procurement
With our vast network of contractors and suppliers, our team has the capacity to acquire building materials and outsource any required labour for a construction project. The process would begin identifying the client need, screening and selecting third-party help, negotiating prices to capitalise on budget, and awarding work to the best people for the job.
Construction
Our team works across small-scale and large-scale projects. To ensure optimum productivity, we produce our building components at an offsite facility and assemble them on-site. This helps us to reduce time, costs, and overall risk. Particularly where speed and efficiency are crucial.
Building Maintenance
Our projects range from the building and maintenance of a business in a commercial district, to an industrial warehouse facility, building a lucrative investment property, or even adding extensions to the dream home of a growing family.
Project Management
With every project, we pool the best of our resources to integrate precision and engineered excellence into every structure, while remaining cognisant of your budget constraints and timing schedule.
Property Development
When required, we have a vast amount of resources in place to ensure land procurement and development according to your needs. Whether you have an existing building plan or require our expertise, we have the capacity to deliver on both.
